[ANSWER] Re: Anyone else get java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space on felix build?

Cancel that - figured how to ajdust Java opts that MVN uses via 
environment vars in my startup shell:

    set M2_HOME=C:\mnt\JavaProgs\apache-maven-3.0.3
    set MAVEN_OPTS=-Xmx768m -XX:MaxPermSize=128m



Working fine now.
