How can I delete my iceberg table completely in flicksql? At present, I call droptable (table, true), which can delete all files but leave an empty directory

@Initial-neko: Similar discussion happened here #5191 - basically the directory ownership should be handled by the Catalog, but I think we do not have a clear concept for it yet.
