Starting with ServiceMix 5.0.0 we have removed the full and minimal assembly. It makes some trouble on servers with no direct connection to the internet. 

We should support this case by documenting how to deal with this problem and eventually providing an archetye which projects can use to create a zip file with all the bundles for all the features required by the project.
