ODBC Windows driver returns the mesg "[Trafodion ODBC Driver][Trafodion Database]Message for ID[212] not found" with every error msg returned. 

GetDiagField test failed, may give you some hint as to where the issue maybe:

Checking SQLGetDiagField for SQL_DIAG_MESSAGE_TEXT
***ERROR: DiagInfoCharPtr value mismatched
Message returned: [TRAF][Trafodion ODBC Driver][Trafodion Database]Message for ID[212] not found*** ERROR[8822] The statement was not prepared. [2014-06-07 08:55:10]
