How do I add NuageVsp plugin user guide documentation under maser branch

Hi Rohit,

We have our NuageVsp plugin design documentation checked into Cloudstack
wiki

https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/NuageVsp+Network+Plugin

Could you please let me know what should I do to get it added as plugin
documentation in below

at the top right corner of that page there is a "edit on github" button. Just click on it, it will fork the docs repo in github.
then edit, push to your fork and make a pull request via github.
