A good place for staging releases

Hi,

FYI, for future releases, I was just reminded of
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/devicemap/ which is
probably the best place for release candidates.

One then just needs an svn move to promote them to
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/devicemap/ which
causes them to appear under
http://apache.org/dist/incubator/devicemap/ from where they'll be
mirrored around the globe.
