New Jackrabbit committer

Hi,

Please welcome Michael Dürig as a new committer and PMC member of the
Apache Jackrabbit project!

Michael has been working especially on the SPI layer, and the
Jackrabbit PMC recently decided to offer him committership based on
his contributions. I'm happy to announce that Michael is now a
Jackrabbit committer.
