[jira] Created: (INFRA-2761) Provide network information for new Xserves

Provide network information for new Xserves
-------------------------------------------

                 Key: INFRA-2761
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-2761
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Task
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
            Reporter: Sander Temme
            Priority: Minor

I am provisioning two new Xserves and need network information for all of:

Xserve 1:
Name: (suggestion: adam.apache.org)
Network interface 1 (MAC 00:24:36:F4:96:32, "outside"): IP, netmask, gateway, DNS
Network interface 2 (MAC 00:24:36:F4:96:2E, "inside"): IP, netmask

Xserve 2:
Name: (suggestion: eve.apache.org)
Network Interface 1 (MAC 00:24:36:F4:98:CE, "outside"): IP, netmask, gateway, DNS
Network Interface 2 (MAC 00:24:36:F4:98:CC, "inside"): IP, netmask

How should I label the servers for racking (suggestion: name.apache.org on front and rear, label for "outside" and "inside" conspicuously close to respective network interfaces)?

Do I need IPv6 address, etc. info? What is it?
