I think this line from near the bottom of the stacktrace is the clue that you missed. 

Caused by: javax.xml.parsers.FactoryConfigurationError: Provider null could not 
be instantiated: java.lang.NullPointerException

Please do not post the same bug report twice. At least wait for a response. :-)
