A patch from Harsha Chadhar for "Can not add "Question Options" within the Survey section of the Content application." https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-4879

For a Survey Question of Type= Selected option, while trying to edit a survey question option the following error is encountered :
In set-pk-fields a value was not found with the specified valueAcsr: lookupKeyValue, not setting fields
