### Description
This PR is a follow-up to #7915 and [this dev list thread](https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/7b5ed4665ef30e325f99e02b91e86a282b832c64449535487c747e99@%3Cdev.druid.apache.org%3E), and removes `FirehoseV2` and some extensions that were only relevant for realtime nodes: `druid-kafka-eight`, `druid-kafka-eight-simpleConsumer`, `druid-rabbitmq`, `druid-rocketmq`, as well as the `druid-example` extension.
