[HEADS UP] - camel-mail no longer dep on Spring JAR

Has a patch to remove the Spring JAR dep in camel-mail. We frankly
only used a tiny piece of Spring JARs to send the mail.
All the other logic was not used from Spring. So with this patch and a
little rework, we have removed the Spring JAR dep totally.

Anyone who uses the camel-mail component to send emails to a mail
server, is much welcome to give the 2.9-SNAPSHOT a test spin on your
system, to see if there is any issues introduced by this change.
