Which part of the documentation says this is supported?

Do we want to add this to DTDv2.0? It is not part of the XHTML2 subset we will be moving to, so it may be a mistake to support it now (see http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=forrest-dev&m=107262795814418&w=2 )

Forrest documentation says document-v20.dtd accepts <del> tag but it seems to false.
