0.6.1.x release

Hi,

0.7.0 release is taking longer than we expected it to take. We have made
significant changes in 0.7.0 and it will take some time to test it and
certify it for production usage.

Few folks are already on 0.6.1 and need some bug fixes. I was thinking it
might a good idea to make the changes for blockers in 0.6.1 and cut a new
release. we can call it 0.6.1.x or 0.6.2.

I know Alexander Porcelli is waiting for couple of fixes and Matthieu also
needs a fix for auto rebalance.

Thoughts ?

thanks,
Kishore G

For this new release, we should include the following fixes:

1. auto-rebalance fix: HELIX-150/141/148/154/151
2. zk-session expiry handling fix: HELIX-169/170/171/195/124/28/123/79
3. security fix: HELIX-257/258
4. zkclient#close() fix: HELIX-264
5. state-model leak fix: HELIX-197
6. state model validation: HELIX-144

Thanks,
Jason
