[patch] [avalon-site] new email addresses in xdocs

I messed arround with ruby and produced an updated xdocs tree, with
updated email adresses and updated cvs modules.

as for subscribe and unsubscribe, I changed 

avalon-xxx-subscribe@jakarta.apache.org
to
xxx-subscribe@avalon.apache.org

please check for errors.
