I can't easily find the email regarding branching TrafficServer v5.3 so
I'll just send this.

A big thank you to James Peach for his implementation of traffic_ctl.  I've
only been using it for a few days, but I already like it a LOT more than
traffic_line(I mostly do reloads).

I can't say I know what I'm doing, but it looks awesome.  :-)

Anyways, back to your regularly scheduled coding.
