migration out of svn?

We are considering moving to svn, and I want to make sure there is an exit
strategy. Does svn support exporting to a standard RCS format that preserves
all the check-in comments? There are all sorts of articles on how to migrate
into svn, and not out of.

I don't know but it can probably be programmed with the bindings.

Subversion/CVS/Arch/darcs to any other)
