Impending patch for mod_info

    mod_info hasn't been kept up-to-date with the request phase changes.
    I have a patch almost done that makes it new-phase-aware, but it
    also changes some of the nomenclature to match common usage (e.g.,
    changing "module commands" to be "module directives").  I also want
    to add a report of what *non-*request callback slots are occupied
    (such as dir_conf_create, child_init, et cetera).  I suppose that
    could be considered a feature on one hand, and a doc fix on the
    other..  Jim, why don't you (as release manager) make the call?
