The suffix for each of:

application/vnd.curl
text/vnd.curl

should be 'curl', but are currently without a value even though both are
registered with a suffix:

http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/text/vnd-curl

We can't assign the same extension to two types.
I have assigned it to app/vnd.curl

I checked with one of our developers, and if you can only assign an extension to
one MIME type, then txt/vnd.curl is the one that absolutely needs it.

Per his response:
