Thanks Igor.  I should be able to get this in by end of next week.  

There are two binary distributions now.  One which includes Xalan-Interpretive 
and XSLTC as well as BCEL.jar, runtime.jar and regexp.jar which XSLTC depends 
on.  The second distribution packages Xalan-Interpretive and XSLTC in two 
separate jars (xalan.jar, xsltc.jar).  I believe there have always been build 
targets to build XSLTC in its own jar.
