  Added:       misc/netware start.c
  Log:
  NetWare version of start.c for handling initialization of application NLMs with
  the APR library NLM, allocating the application specific pools and starting
  Winsock.  It also handle deregistering the application NLM and freeing any
  memory back to the shared memory pool.
