Tooltips in German not English
I have Open Office 4.1.6 installed and the default language is set to my
locale, which is English UK; however, the tooltips in Text and Draw are shown
in German.
Even more confusingly, some of the tooltips in Text are shown in English while
some others in German. Can anyone help with resolving this, please? Thanks.

What is this toolbar named GD? I think that is an extension.
So, not for AOO but you should to report to extension's owner.
