This is a contribution for the new bundle:
https://github.com/apache/sling-whiteboard/pull/20

This bundle extends the Sling instance started with the feature launcher with a number of small features that normally are part of the launchpad-base (absent in the feature launcher). They are:

* support for the StartupListener services,
* MBeanServer registered as an OSGi service,
* MBeanStartupListener informing the MBean server when the startup is finished.
