Graphical Eclipse Plugin for OJB
Hi,
Over eastern I made a reengineering of the eclipse OJB Plugin.
New Version 1.1
It have now a graphically representation of the database tables.
I add a pdf description to understand the different functions.
Added functionality:
Java generation for selected Tables
XML generation for selected Tables
Test function for db settings in 'ImpartOJBGenerator.properties' file
Show DB data for selected Table in 'OJB Data View'

Hi Matthias,
i tried to use the OJB Plugin with Oracle.
When i tried to test DB Connection in the OJB DB Tree View,
the following error occurs:
no tables found with sql call:
databaseMeatData.getTables(,,%,null)
Does the Plugin support Oracle ?

you should use:
driver="org.gjt.mm.mysql.Driver"
with your used mysql lib: mysql-connector-java-2.0.14-bin.jar
or use the new mysql lib
mysql-connector-java-3.0.6-stable-bin.jar
the new mysql lib takes both values for the driver:
com.mysql.jdbc.Driver and org.gjt.mm.mysql.Driver.

I can't seem to get a connection to a mysql database. I keep getting
the error "can not load driver: com.mysql.jdbc.Driver error was
com.mysql.jdbc.Driver"
Following are my settings:
