deploying SubscriptionManager manually

Hi all,

By default, SubscriptionManager is deployed automatically by PubScribe
and I couldn't find out how to deploy it manually. Is there any way to
do that?

I need to change the transport protocol of SubscriptionManager, I
suppose I just have one choice to redeploy SubscriptionManager using
my customized WSDL&WSDD so I can integrate my transport class.

would anyone help me?
