At ConsistencyLevel.ONE or QUORUM?

If you are bootstrapping the node, I would expect there to be no
chance of serving blank reads like this. As auto_bootstrap is set to
true by default, I presume you are bootstrapping.

Which node are you querying to get the no data response?
