Functions of Apache POI

Hi,
   I am working on my diploma and i want to programme
 a program which take a lot 
of presentation and generate 1 presentation, which will
 include all slides 
describing one subject.(The slides for this presentation
 will be generated from 
slides from all presentations.) I try Apache POI project,
 but unfortunatelly I 
discovered that slides with "themes", "graphs", "tables" 
copied wrong. Finally the 
generated presentation i couldnt even to open. Is my faul 
or the Apache POI doesnt 
support these thinks yet?
