    The link at https://www.apache.org/licenses/ under "CONTRIBUTOR LICENSE AGREEMENTS" now links to the pdf version, and this commit changed the link in core beam:
    https://github.com/apache/beam/commit/2a95b8fcb142c392fa3e48c4e80c7abc3b96a500

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/ssisk/beam-site fix-icla-link

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
