[ANN] Apache Karaf (runtime) 4.2.7 has been released!

The Apache Karaf team is pleased to announce Apache Karaf (runtime)
4.2.7 release!

Apache Karaf (runtime) 4.2.7 is a maintenance release on the 4.2.x
series. It brings improvements and bug fixes especially:

* fix on client.bat on Windows platform
* several update for CVE security fixes
* fix for corrupt configuration files in instances
* fix instance start with JDK 11
* fix race condition on shell and management features startup
* and much more !
