[ANNOUNCE] Apache ManifoldCF 1.4.1 has been released

Hello all,

Apache ManifoldCF 1.4.1 has been released.  You may now download it from
the download page.

This is a bug-fix release that corrects four critical bugs.  The list of
the bugs fixed can be viewed in the CHANGES.txt file.
