fedexSubscriptionRequest
I'm looking for how to call this service? I cannot find it exposed in the UI anywhere but everything seems to be there under the hood.

the template is used in the fedexSubscriptionRequest service to format
the xml to send to fedex
the data is extracted from the company party and shipment properties for
fedex.

There is a template:
FedexSubscriptionRequestTemplate.xml.ftl
Looks like it is intended to be included in a screen. But apparently the screen isn't defined yet.
