Some forms for configuring/creating don't have helping info on their fields, and the lack of such info may make users confused.

Currently, forms found are: 
1. policy creating/configuring form.
2. publishers creating/configuring form.

It would be helpful if the helping info could include:
1. what the field is used for
2. the format of value, e.g. "address:port[,address:port]..."
3. what the field may affect the application/functionality
