QPID-6334: Update the Qpid site code

 - Optimize the render process; the FORCE=1 business is no longer
   needed
 - Remove doc reference to transom; its use is now all internal
 - Avoid copying the template and config to the output
 - Update the embedded markdown library in preparation for using
   a more standard table syntax
