Some of the list based processors where developed pre Apache NiFi 1.0 release and relied on DistributedMapCache Service to retain cluster state.  The documentation leads to confusion now that cluster state is stored in zookeeper.  Documentation should be updated to illustrate what purpose the DistributedMapCache service has post NiFi 1.x.
