Fw: cvs commit: httpd-2.0/docs/conf httpd-std.conf

FYI... also applied to httpd-win.conf

The patch means we _must_ maintain index.html.var - we won't use the defaults.

However, /manual/ is multiviewed, because that's just too much effort to map,
and is certainly less frequently accessed.
