[PATCH] for DOC: JDBCealm-howto.html

i was reading throuhg to html file (to see what is was all about) from the
mainbranch in jarkarta-tomcat. The last part of the doc (under Hints) says :
Make sure the JDBC driver is in the lib directory

Since the lib directory also has the apps, container and common directory it
may be wise to add extra info here eg :
1) is in the root lib directory or
2) is in the root lib directory or in the apps, container and common
directory based on the need of the JDBC driver.

Since I don't know which one of my statements is true, I added patch 1 and
patch 2, so someone can incorperate the correct one in the doc.
I'm not a native speaker, just keep that in mind ;-))
