[DISCUSS] move quartz to grails-core

We moved the other plugins to grails-core repo, but we did not do
Grails Quartz. We recently had
https://github.com/apache/grails-quartz/issues/174 opened and it would
be easier to have the upgrade guide include these official
instructions / forge fixes. What are people's thoughts about merging
this one too?

I think at this point, having it in the monorepo will be beneficial
from a maintenance standpoint.
However, all these plugins that are brought in will most of the time
get new releases with no actual changes.

We use Quartz for our scheduler so I am in for the inclusion.

BTW I’ve given a look at the issue and we haven’t had such issue when
porting the dueuno solutions (our closed-source plugins) to Grails 7,
that’s interesting.

100% agreed. Will make sure it sees regular updates.
