OAK-12456: Template.getPropertyTemplate: binary search instead of linear scan

properties[] is already sorted by name hash, so replace the O(n) linear
prefix scan with a binary search for the lower bound of the target hash.
The hash-collision run walk that follows is unchanged, so behavior
(including tie-breaking on hash collisions) is identical.
