[PR] Remove "test" Authenticator [polaris]

adutra opened a new pull request, #1399:

   The "test" authenticator (and the associated "test" token service) is not used anymore, not even in getting-started examples, nor in the regression tests.
   
   Since it's very easy to start Polaris using the default authenticator (it works out of the box), I don't see any valid reason to keep this unsafe authenticator. I'm therefore suggesting to remove it completely.
