Ivy checkstyle errors fixed

Hi,

Last june we started applying checkstyle, with a number of errors we managed
to decrease to 1600 errors with eclipse code formatter [1].

9 months later, I'm pleased to announce that we have finally managed to fix
the 1600 errors, and now have a clean code base according to our current
checkstyle rules! It's been a long effort, but I hope it's worth it, our
code should now be much easier to read and understand. I think we can now
consider closing IVY-434! Congratulations to the whole team!

The next step to improve our code base would be to activate javadoc check
rules. But it will require a *long* effort to write javadoc for everything,
and I guess we deserve some time with the checkstyle plugin seeing no more
errors in our code base :-) About the plugin, I strongly encourage anybody
working with Ivy source code to use the checkstyle plugin in their IDE. This
will help keep this number at its current level.

Xavier
