xsltc TrAX implementation cannot take a filename for xslsource

Xsltc's trax TransformFactoryImpl gives a no protocol error 
when you try to pass it a simple filename for the xsl source.
Only URIs are accepted. So you can work around this problem 
by prepending file: to the filename.
