I have adjusted the Jira so that all Issues now go to commits@synapse.apache.org.

Two things left to do with Jira setup for Synapse.

1. Alter URL to point to http://synapse.apache.org/  -- I didn't do this yet as the content is yet to be transferred.

2. Decide whether to keep synapse in WS Category or create one of its own.
