Problems compiling mod_jk with apache 2.0a5

Hi to all,
I'm trying to compile mod_jk for apache 2.0a5 in Win32 but I get the
following error when I try to use
jakarta-tomcat\src\native\apache2.0\mod_jk.dsp:

This makefile was not generated by Developer Studio.
Error: no project loaded.

Anyone known how can I compile this module ?

Can I use apache 2 and tomcat 3.2 together ?
