Building 2.1-dev with samples

Hello,

I'm usually able to build and run the 2.1-dev sample application fine, but my recent cvs-updated build produced the webapp with only the welcome screen and no samples or docs. How can I get these included back into the 2.1dev webapp? Thanks.
