Thorsten Schöning resolved LOGCXX-481.

    Resolution: Not A Problem

We are trying to reduce the backlog of open issues and are closing this one right now, because it doesn't effect the code base and nobody seemed to care too much for the last 4 years anyway. While the concrete report is about how log4cxx has been handled, this whole report reads more like a general discussion infra@ or somebody else should have about how to handle cases like this one.
