[Trinidad] sandbox project ?

Hello,

currently we never build the sandbox project, on a regular "mvn clean
install" cycle.
Nor do we release it.

I was wondering what to do with it. I see two options:
-make it a standalone project
-include it in the regular build

What is your opinion about it ?

Thanks,
Matthias
