[Latka] convert JDOM to dom4j

Hey all,

I'm thinking about converting all the JDOM stuff in
Latka to dom4j. I'm experimenting with creating Jelly
tags for Latka. Since Jelly requires dom4j, we might
want to convert the Latka stuff and avoid having
dependencies on both JDOM and dom4j. I don't think
there's anything in Latka that taps on features unique
to JDOM, and AFAIK there is only one public method
that exposes a JDOM object.

I'm fine with either way.
