We are waiting on VP signature so we can donate this code.

There is a great amount of interest in 4.6 Datagrid improvements & many developers from my social networks are ready to help. So, have you been able to move the completed Spark Datagrid work you have in your Adobe repository into Apache, yet?

I saw somewhere in earlier discussion that there will be complete version of datagrid version from adobe with the missing features like drag and drop columns as well as locked columns and rows

As soon as we get all the code submitted I can work on pulling out the
completed spark DataGrid work from our internal repository and work on
getting it over to Apache. locked rows and columns were completed. Don't
remember about drag and drop columns but that might be done too.

There is not a completed or almost completed s:Tree. It only got to the
prototype stage but when I get time which won't be for awhile I can go
find what we have.

There have been already much improvements done. There has already been a discussion about this but
i'm not sure it had a clear outcome. I guess priority of Carol is on other things now. Hopefully it will occur on her
whiteboard after an initial Apache Flex release is made. I also believe adobe has a s:Tree is already in pretty mature state.
The code must go trough legal and that is a slow process as we know by now.

But maybe she can shed a light on het plans concerning this. I would be very happy too with an improved
version of datagrid / tree. I want to replace the mx:DataGrid and the mx:Tree in the air FileSystem ui components.
