I have fixed the problem in the plugin-test-framework, here: https://github.com/stacic/cordova-plugin-file-transfer/commit/0e7a9b37484b189ea945edd4667ae2d8aa9590dc

Waiting on the PR for the ported tests to be merged before making one for this change on top of them.
