Kylin download page add 1.6.0-SNAPSHOT build

Hi Apache Kylin users,

The Apache Kylin team plans to provide latest snapshot build download links
on Kylin's download page, for users to trial/test before a formal release
be made. This will help us to receive the feedbacks earlier from community;
The snapshot build should not be installed in a production environment.

Today we added 1.6.0-SNAPSHOT binary packages on the download page; The
main feature in 1.6.0 is the scalable streaming cubing (KYLIN-1726[1]),
which has been asked/expected by many users for some time;

To try this feature, please check this blog[2] and follow this tutorial [3];

For users who has been running v1.5.x's streaming, the cube need be rebuilt
when upgrade to 1.6.0; For normal (not streaming) cubes, the metadata and
storage is compitable, no migration needed, just update hbase coprocessor.
